CHALLENGE
As the business expanded, managing inventory, supplier deliveries, sales reports and operational costs became increasingly complex. Many critical workflows, including the legally required excise product register, were maintained manually in Excel, resulting in fragmented processes, repetitive tasks and a higher risk of errors.
The lack of a centralized system made it difficult to maintain data consistency, monitor business performance and efficiently manage day-to-day operations.
